Our company was founded in 1984 by Yvon and Louis Lalonde, a father and son team. It functions as the sales force for several manufacturers of industrial and construction tools who sell their products though distribution (see Markets).

Our mission statement is very simple: To make our distributors successful at selling our products (see Services). Our distributors' success is our success.

Our team consists of 7 associates.

We operate an 8,000 square foot warehouse where our principals stock inventories of their products. Part of this space is dedicated to the production of welded to length band saw blades.
